2016春、オーストラリア・シドニー発のモダンギリシャレストラン「アポロ ( THE APOLLO )」が日本上陸。2016年春、1店舗目を銀座数寄屋橋に誕生する「東急プラザ銀座」にオープンします。新鮮な食材を活かし、オリーブオイル、新鮮な野菜や魚介類をたっぷり使ったヘルシーなギリシャ料理は世界無形文化遺産に登録されており、世界中で大人気です。
ジョナサンとサムが手がける「アポロ」は、ギリシャ料理をモダンにアレンジ。
ハリウッドスターやモデルたちをはじめシドニーの人々を虜にしています。今回日本では、ギリシャで定番の炭火焼も登場します。お楽しみに！The Apollo, is an award winning modern Greek restaurant from Sydney Australia situated in the TOKYU PLAZA GINZA launching in Spring 2016. Sydney Restaurateurs Jonathan Barthelmess and Sam Christie are proud to announce the opening of The Apollo Tokyo.
The menu offering will be simple, drawing on the flavours of the Mediterranean. Focusing on key ingredients – olive oil, fresh seafood, fresh vegetables, and dishes cooked over wood-fire. Come and taste the authentic Greek flavours, with a modern touch.
